ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM PAYMENT RULES

Your booking sinse the June 11th 2018 for June 12th 2018 is confirmed once the hotel receives a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total accommodation cost. A payment order must contain information that the sum paid is the deposit.

The following payment cards are accepted: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide.

The payment is made based on the agreement.

Choose PAYMENT METHOD: BANK CARD to pay your reservation with a bank card on the hotel web-site.

Enter the phone number indicated in the agreement (it is your ID)

Online payment is made on the Credit Bank of Moscow authorization web page where you need to enter the following details of your bank card:

  1. type of card
  2. card number
  3. expiration date (card front side)
  4. cardholder’s name (exactly as in the card)
  5. CVC2/ CVV2

Then click PAY.

3D Secure protocol is used for additional cardholder’s authorization. If your bank supports the technology you will be automatically redirected to your bank server for the additional authorization. Additional authorization policies and practices information can be provided by your card issuing bank.

The Credit Bank of Moscow online payment processing security is guaranteed by the international PCI DSS security certificate.

The information is transferred by the SSL encryption technology.

ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS ON NECESSARY BANK CARD PAYMENT SECURITY MEASURES:

  1. Keep your bank card the same way you keep your cash. Never leave it in your car, at restaurants, shops etc.
  2. Never give your credit card number to anyone else.
  3. Always have your card issuing bank emergency phone number around you. In case if you lose your card contact your bank immediately.
  4. Enter your card details only when making a purchase. Never indicate them for other reasons.
  5. Make sure the SSL connection is established: the address in the address bar must start with https://  and a lock picture in the lower right corner of your browser should appear.

REFUNDS:

Your money is refunded under your claim which is being considered during 5 work days.

If you want to cancel your reservation you can get your money back to your account only within 3 days once your claim is applied and considered provided that you transferred money no more than 7 days ago. If the payment was received more than a week ago the money could be back to your account within 30 days once your reservation cancelling claim was applied and considered as the money would already be included in the account’s balance.
